District Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on District Manager who leads from the front — not the office. This role is for someone who thrives in the restaurant environment, knows how to build strong teams, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves during peak hours. You’ll oversee multiple Dunkin’ locations, driving operations, coaching managers, and ensuring every guest experience meets brand standards. If you’ve worked in the restaurant industry and know what it takes to run fast-paced, high-volume stores, this is for you.
