DAC Fitness has a passion for providing a beautiful facility, great customer service, and an environment that focuses on what's most important, the PEOPLE! This is way more than a job! Each shift will consist of greeting members, facilitating membership sign-ups, giving air-high fives, smiling, laughing, answering phones, providing the best hospitality experience possible for our members, and building meaningful relationships.

Qualifications

• Be willing to Smile. A lot!
• Know how to use a computer.
• Be a multi-tasker, a self starter, and a social enthusiast.
• Have great communication skills.
• Be health and fitness minded.
• A team player.

Essential Physical Requirements

• Standing for prolonged periods of time.
• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new menu items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
• Learning about proper smoothie preparation and presentation techniques to improve quality.
• Preparing smoothies and adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
• Taking inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the smoothie bar.
• Cleaning smoothie bar area, emptying trash, and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Communicating well in person and on the phone.
• Light lifting (up to 30-50 lbs.)
• Working as part of a fun, high-energy team.
