We're looking for a part-time Sales Associate who is energized by helping people reach their goals and experience the benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching through our membership model.

The Health and Wellness Sales Associate supports our certified stretch practitioners, working together to deliver outstanding service to every member. You're a natural team player who enjoys showing an interest in everyone who walks through the door. You have a health and fitness mindset and a genuine enthusiasm for supporting both clients and colleagues.

• Using our patented and proprietary equipment, Stretch Zone practitioners follow specific protocols to properly position, stabilize, and manipulate muscles using powerful principles of neuromuscular behavior.

Compensation Structure

• Base pay with increases depending on performance
• COMMISSION on top of base pay

Work Hours

• This position will work primarily weekday afternoons and evenings, along with weekend mornings.
• A typical shift will be Monday through Friday 3:00pm to 8:00pm with flexible start and end times available.
• Saturdays 8:00am to 4:00pm availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective members who have expressed interest in Stretch Zone through our website and social media, and confidently invite them to experience a complimentary stretch.
• Convert guest visits into memberships by building trust, understanding goals, and recommending the right wellness plan for each individual.
• Deliver an exceptional in-studio experience by warmly welcoming every guest, managing appointments, answering phones, and resolving member needs with professionalism and care.
• Take ownership of member retention through consistent follow-up, relationship building, and adherence to daily operational best practices.
• Champion the value of practitioner-assisted stretching by achieving sales goals, promoting additional sessions when appropriate, and continuously strengthening your sales expertise.
• Protect and elevate the Stretch Zone culture by fostering positive, professional relationships with both members and teammates.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour


Most stretching methodologies try to wait out, overpower, trick, or ignore the stretch reflex. The proven way to increase performance and mobility is to work with the stretch reflex with the revolutionary techniques available through the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM). The SZM Practitioner identifies any postural and movement limitations, then tries to correct or mitigate them through specific applied stretching sessions. With a balanced system the customer will reach their true maximum potential, whether they are an professional athlete, weekend warrior, couch potato, or suffering from chronic pain or illness.

As a minimum prerequisite to SZM we recommend a personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work.
