The Learning and Development Manager will have the opportunity to work with talented colleagues and senior leaders throughout our entire organization to drive excellence in learning and development. We're looking for an exceptional Learning and Development Manager who will be responsible for creating and delivering internal programs that will help our team members gain the skills they need across all areas of the business. In this role, you will impact multiple areas of learning and development including building content supporting the onboarding, and ever boarding of new employees, creating new training content based on business needs and champion the needs of all CloudHesive team members throughout their tenure with CloudHesive. The L&D Manager will be an outstanding facilitator of change and learning in support of a growth mindset culture. We believe that training goes beyond providing information. We know our job isn't done until they have built the habits that make world class performance second nature.What You'll Be Doing:Design and develop an Integrated Learning and Development strategy and Training Platform, i.e., CloudHesive University, based on a thorough analysis of L&D needs of the organization Implement and operate the Udemy Learning Management System to deliver a blended approach to learning across the business including e-learning, virtual classrooms, and classroom-based training events. Develop and manage an appropriate training needs analysis framework to ensure effective implementation and monitoring of training, competence & skill standards Ensure that the training, skills and competence framework and all training align with organizational objectives In conjunction with managers, develop training programs and career development paths for employees ensuring managers create individual employee development plans Build and subsequently manage the competency-based team-specific 30/60/90 Day Program, aligning it with the existing New Hire Onboarding Program Measure the impact of the program as it relates to decreasing ramp-time to productivity for all team members Develop a new Mentoring / buddy program and manage it going forward Gain a detailed understanding of CloudHesive to strengthen our employees' connection with our business, our clients and each other Coach our employees to navigate change, learn new information and seek opportunities to grow Identify internal knowledge or skill gaps and recommend/develop training solutions that will support the development of internal teams (with support from Manager) Level up the entire organization by knowing who's who and how to get the information from our internal SME's to the right team member in the right way at the right timeIs This Role For You?Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; and/or 6+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven experience developing and delivering a fully operational training platform that utilizes multiple delivery methods (in person coaching, workshops, e-learning, etc.) Experience with Udemy or similar LMS preferred Training cycle experience including Training Needs Analysis, Training Design, Training Delivery and Evaluation. Information Technology or Cloud industry experience a plus Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence Coaching and feedback skills Awareness of the value and importance of equality and diversity Languages: Must be fluent in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage Experience in the delivery of in person workshops, audio and visual training solutions, e-learning, and learning management systems desirable.
