HSJ Services (Howard Smith Janitorial LLC) is a commercial janitorial and facility services company serving offices, medical facilities, industrial sites, data centers, warehouses, schools, and government facilities across Texas. We are growing our commercial accounts base across the Big Country and West Texas region and are hiring an experienced Outside Sales Representative to lead that growth.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and develop new commercial accounts across office buildings, medical facilities, industrial sites, data centers, warehouses, distribution centers, retail, and government facilities in the Snyder / West Texas market
• Own a defined territory: identify decision makers (property managers, facility managers, operations directors, purchasing managers) and build a repeatable pipeline
• Conduct site walks, prepare proposals and quotes, and close new janitorial and facility service contracts
• Build long-term relationships that protect and grow HSJ's recurring account base
• Track all activity and pipeline in HSJ's CRM
• Partner with operations leadership to ensure a smooth handoff and strong client retention after the close
• Represent HSJ at chambers of commerce, industry associations, and local networking events

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of outside/B2B sales experience required
• Commercial cleaning, janitorial, facility services, or related B2B service industry sales experience strongly preferred
• Documented track record of prospecting and closing new business
• Comfortable in a commission-driven, quota-based compensation structure
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for territory travel
• Working familiarity with CRM and pipeline tracking tools

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary: $48,000 to $55,000/year, depending on experience
• Uncapped commission on new business, plus recurring commission on retained accounts
• Vehicle/mileage allowance and phone reimbursement
• 90-day performance review with a defined path to grow base and territory
