What You Will Do:Act as a steward and champion of our Principle Based Management (PBM) culture, helping leaders improve business results through effective application of PBM principles. Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, developing effective working relationships, trust, and credibility with business and HR stakeholders to advance the business vision, strategic priorities, business results and organizational capability. Understand key drivers of business performance, how talent and culture contribute to those drivers, and partner with business leaders to deliver results. Coach and respectfully challenge leaders through organizational change, communication, talent development, and decision-making using Principle Based Management (PBM). Identify talent and capability gaps, partnering with leaders to develop and execute plans to close gaps. Design and implement talent strategies that attract, develop, engage, and retain high-performing employees.
