Registered Dietitian Responsibilities Include: Developing and implementing nutritional care plans that identify the needs of the residents, and the goals to be accomplished for each dietary problem/need identified. Evaluating, interpreting, and implementing the prescribed diets for residents. Maintaining ongoing communication with physicians, nurses, and other members of interdisciplinary team, regarding the nutritional care for the residents.
