Engineer Manager

Constellation Energy seeks an Engineering Manager to lead utility-scale energy projects across generation, transmission, and grid modernization. You will manage a team of engineers, oversee project design, implementation, and performance, and ensure regulatory and safety compliance. Partner with operations, IT, and finance to deliver reliable, cost-effective, and sustainable energy solutions. Responsibilities include resource planning, budget oversight, vendor coordination, and risk management. You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and support innovation in clean energy and decarbonization initiatives aligned with Constellation’s strategic goals.
