Payroll & Benefits Specialist
Greater Rochester Area Payroll Association, Inc.
HR Works is partnering with a growing Rochester area organization to hire a Payroll & Benefits Specialist . This role manages key payroll, benefits, and compensation support activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a strong employee experience. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on payroll expertise, strong HRIS/ADP skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. Key Focus Areas Payroll processing, reporting, and compliance Benefits administration and leave management Compensation support and annual cycles HRIS (ADP) data accuracy, workflows, and system maintenance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), strong payroll/benefits background, ADP experience preferred, CPP strongly preferred, and solid knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and wage/hour regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr Greater Rochester Area Payroll Association, Inc.
