This position provides the flexibility of a remote work setting while allowing therapists to serve patients from a beautifully designed outpatient office space. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to address the unique needs of each client.
- Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals in both one-on-one and couples settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective outcomes.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions as needed, fostering an environment of support and engagement.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals and support staff in our network to coordinate comprehensive care and referrals as necessary.
- Participate in regular case consultations and professional development sessions to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed about the latest practices in mental health care.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at LifeStance Health, you will engage with a varied patient demographic, including adults, children, and adolescents. Your therapeutic expertise will be essential in helping individuals and families navigate issues such as relationship challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. The emphasis on family systems therapy allows you to support clients in a holistic manner, addressing the interconnectedness of mental health within relationships.
Qualifications
- Must be a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, with additional educational requirements for licensing.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues.
- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and patient management.
Preferred Experience
The ideal candidate will possess at least 3-4 years of experience as a licensed therapist, specifically working with adult and child/adolescent populations. Familiarity with various therapy modalities and treatment approaches is highly desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
