Immediately hiring in the Lebanon, PA area for a full time job opportunity for warehouse stocker. This is a large distribution warehouse which offers opportunity to grow and be moved to different areas within the warehouse over time and as you gain further skills and experience with the company. The warehouse stocker is responsible for stocking and picking customer orders, working in the warehouse and moving items using the electric pallet jack depending on the size of the items, and using the RF scanner to keep track of the inventory and area a specific item can be located at. Any prior experience in a warehouse, stocking, picker, or packer role would be a fit for this opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

• Use a voice-directed (Voice Collect) headset to accurately pick and fill customer orders.
• Select, stage, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to established procedures.
• Fulfill orders efficiently using both walking and powered equipment, including forklifts and high-reach trucks.
• Load, stage, and move pallets to designated shipping and distribution areas.
• Operate forklifts, high-reach equipment, and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse safety guidelines.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of equipment and adherence to facility rules.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet productivity, accuracy, and quality standards.
• Use RF scanners and other warehouse technology to track inventory and confirm order accuracy.
• Adapt to varying work conditions, including different temperature zones and changing order volumes.
• Support weekend and holiday operations as required to meet business needs.

Job Type & Location: This is a contract to hire position based out of Lebanon, PA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.75/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
