Finance Analyst

Perform detailed finance work, transactions, and data structuring under the guidance of the Hosting FinOps Manager. Collect data, be responsible for maintaining information integrity, monitor variations, risks, and opportunities versus the current budget. Active participation during the planning of Annual Contract planning/September Forecast and Latest Estimates Deep dive on the budget lines to identify risk and opportunities and inform timely to take decisions. Challenge the status quo. Partner with finance teams (accounting, AP) to support month-end close, quarterly close, and fiscal year end close. Prepare and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting, metrics. Request good Receipts to the supplier invoices, monitor the posting, payment, problem troubleshooting. Attend to meetings with vendors and MDLZ strategic partner management. Support the business with the purchase order requests, good receipts requests during day to day and fiscal year end Execute ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the management team of the Cloud Data Center and Integration Platforms organization. Execute data collection and data integrity checks to cover monthly closing process and monthly rolling forecasts. Responsible for providing robust and quality month-end financial information, provide insights and calculation of required journal entries (accruals, reclassifications) to have the desire financial health. Education & Job specific requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and 7-8 years of relevant work experience P&L understanding, basic accounting knowledge. Experience in budgeting and monitoring Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel/Power Point)- Experience working with SAP Fluent in English is a requirement. Proven track record as a self-starter with drive for results Well organized with good analytical, reporting and presentation skills Good interpersonal and communication skills as a Team player.
