Operator 1, Packaging Operations
Location: Woburn, MA 01801
Pay Rate: $21/hr on W2
Shift: 2nd Shift, 2:00 PM–10:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Training: 4 weeks, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, then transition to 2nd shift
Hours: 40 hrs/week + overtime as needed

Job Summary

Responsible for manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of clinical and commercial products . Ensures finished products meet customer, internal, clinical, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual inspection, labeling, and packaging of finished products.
• Package products according to SOPs and Quality specifications .
• Inspect packaging materials and components for quality.
• Identify and remove defective products/materials.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing documentation and Device History Records (DHRs) .
• Complete inventory counts.
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for batch records.
• Maintain accurate production and packaging records.
• Clean packaging stations and processing equipment.
• Follow PPE, gowning, and contamination-control requirements .
• Handle hazardous waste appropriately.
• Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions.
• Work effectively within a team environment.

Preferred

• Previous GMP manufacturing experience.
• Manufacturing/production experience.
• Packaging or inspection experience.
• Medical device/pharmaceutical experience.
• Experience with batch records or DHRs.
• Inventory/counting experience.
