Job Title: PMO Support Staff - SeniorDuties: Dear Suppliers,We are looking for a PMO Coordinatior who can provide expert advice, guidance and support to organizations regarding IT solutions and strategies. Assessing IT needs and objectives in the organization, identifying opportunities to improve, optimize and recommending appropriate IT solutions. See attached Assignment Description for details. The IT PMO Coordinator is a full-time member of the DEER IT Carve-Out/-In Program and the IT Governance and Portfolio Management control team. The role owns the day-to-day operation of the program control system and coordinates delivery across the integrated IT CVO/I roadmap. It ensures that all tracks report consistently and that plans, risks, dependencies, costs, actions, decisions and readiness evidence remain current, complete and traceable. Working closely with the IT CVO/I Program Manager, the role provides control information and governance support to the IT SteerCo, Design Authority and different tracks/ project delivery teams.
