This role plays a key part in delivering an elevated guest experience and ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality. The Ideal Candidate Will Have: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. Experience & Skills: Prior experience with Opera PMS preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Warm, gracious, and welcoming demeanor. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Capable of working independently and collaboratively to foster a team-oriented environment. Results-driven, flexible, and able to work well under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills with both written and verbal communication proficiency. Availability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
