This is a rewarding opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and families heal, grow, and thrive—right in their home and community environments. As an IHBT Therapist, you will play a vital role in stabilizing crises, strengthening family systems, and promoting long-term emotional and behavioral wellness through intensive, evidence-based therapeutic interventions. What You’ll Do: Provide in-home and community-based therapy to children, adolescents, and their families experiencing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Develop and implement individualized, family-centered treatment plans grounded in evidence-based and trauma-informed practices. Deliver crisis intervention, stabilization services, and skill-building strategies that empower families and promote resilience. Collaborate with case managers, schools, medical providers, and community partners to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care. Track and document client progress accurately and timely in accordance with clinical, ethical, and agency standards. Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings, case conferences, and supervision. Provide psychoeducation and guidance to caregivers to strengthen support systems and reinforce therapeutic goals. Offer on-call crisis support as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold HIPAA compliance at all times. Engage in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development to stay current with best practices. What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field from an accredited institution. Active Ohio licensure (LSW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or equivalent). At least two (2) years of experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families. Strong foundation in evidence-based interventions, trauma-informed care, and crisis response. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for home and community visits. Work Environment: Services are delivered primarily in clients’ homes and community settings. Flexible scheduling is required, including some evenings and weekends, to best meet family needs.
