Senior EV Field Service Technician & Lead Diagnostics

Rivian is seeking an experienced Senior Field Service Technician to lead complex vehicle repairs and field operations, primarily at a service center with potential remote work, travel to remote locations, or plant assignments. You will mentor junior technicians, drive continuous improvement, and handle high-voltage and network diagnostics using specialized tools, while collaborating with customers and internal teams to resolve escalations.
