Building Engineer – Class A Office Buildings
DiCicco Development, Inc. – Moon Township, PA / Airport Corridor
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:30pm

DiCicco Development is a fully integrated commercial office developer with over 1,000,000+ SF of Class A office assets in the Airport Corridor. We design, build, own, and manage our properties — which means as a Building Engineer, you work directly for ownership and are part of a hands-on, stable, highly respected team.

About the Role
We are seeking a Building Engineer with experience in commercial building operations who takes pride in maintaining professional, high-performance corporate facilities. You’ll support daily operations, preventative maintenance, and tenant service across multiple office properties within a close geographic area — not scattered jobsites.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and building inspections
• Maintain and support HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues to minimize downtime
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled system tune-ups
• Manage work orders through a digital CMMS system
• Coordinate with trusted service vendors when needed
• Support tenant comfort and provide responsive customer service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial building maintenance or engineering
• Knowledge of Class A office building operations
• Strong HVAC and mechanical aptitude
• Basic electrical and plumbing competence
• Ability to read technical documentation and schematics
• Computer proficiency and organizational skills
• Professional demeanor when interacting with tenants and vendors
