Description

The Senior Project Manager will report to Executive Leadership and be responsible for leading all phases of a large-scale data center project from mobilization through closeout while managing project teams, client relationships, financial performance, and overall project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead project planning, execution, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout activities
• Oversee project financials, forecasting, cost control, billing, and profitability
• Provide leadership to Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Superintendents, and field staff
• Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, buyouts, and scope management
• Drive schedule performance while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks
• Maintain strong relationships with ownership groups, design teams, and trade partners
• Mentor and develop project management staff while helping build a high-performing project team

Profile

For the Senior Project Manager , we are seeking:

• 10+ years of commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or large-scale construction experience
• Proven experience managing projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Experience leading project teams and mentoring Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, cost control, and contract administration
• Experience working with owners, consultants, and subcontractors on complex projects
• Data center experience strongly preferred but not required
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
• Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and client-facing skills
• OSHA knowledge with a safety-first mindset
