Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.  ResponsibilitiesLead end‑to‑end program planning and execution for Cryo-mechanical engineering initiatives, including Cryostat installations, maintenance and upgrades, and associated mechanical designs. Develop and maintain integrated program schedules, critical paths, and risk mitigation plans across internal teams and external suppliers. Develop automated processes which minimize overhead while still providing robust scheduling, record keeping and inventory management. Introduce tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that improve predictability, traceability, and engineering throughput. Propose, design, build and deliver solutions that transform large raw data sets into actionable insights and support on-going operational usage. Develop tactical schedules that coordinate simultaneous operations, anticipate coverage gaps, and enable leadership to address them proactively. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $160,200 - $261,000 per year.
