Hotel Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities: • Complete all work orders and fix maintenance problems promptly • Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures • Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans • Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade • Respond to emergencies that occur outside of regular working hours Qualifications: • Applicants must have 2-4 years of experience in maintenance • Must have strong organizational, communications, and interpersonal skills • Experience with facilities management software is preferred • The ability to lift and carry 50 lbs. or more is required • Valid driver’s license and good driving record required
