Highland Rivers Behavioral Health seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse for our Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). The CSU operates 24/7 with 28 beds, providing psychiatric stabilization and detoxification for individuals in crisis. You will perform admissions/discharges, monitor patient status, document progress, and educate patients and families while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
