About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Behavioral Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:30 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: Active RN License Certifications: CPI or HWC preferred, BLS required Must-Have: - Experience in Behavioral Health Description: Will consider requested hours for 48 per week. Candidates must have either CPI or HWC to be considered. Facility comprises of an adult Behavioral Health Hospital with 23, 20, 15, 13, and 10 bed units. Patient ratios include 23 patients with 2 RNs and 4 CNAs, 20 patients with 2 RNs and 2 CNAs, 15 patients with 1 RN and 2 CNAs, 13 patients with 1 RN and 2 CNAs, and 10 patients with 1 RN and 2 CNAs. Common diagnoses include schizophrenia, dementia, manic bipolar disorder, psychosis, dual diagnosis, medical detox, depression, and anxiety disorders. Candidates should be flexible with scrub color. Position creation is due to contractor replacement. Training will be provided if certification is not held.
