What You'll Do

• Provide nursing care for women during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods
• Float between Labor & Delivery, Maternal Special Care, and Postpartum units
• Support patients throughout the birthing process and maternal recovery
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Respond efficiently to emergency situations, including postpartum hemorrhage and fetal distress

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license and applicable certifications (ACLS, BLS, NRP)
• 1+ years of recent experience in labor and delivery or women's health units
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible, scheduled call, including weekends
• Willingness to float across different units within Women & Infant services
