Event Travel Specialist

If you’re interested in events, travel, and working behind the scenes to bring large-scale experiences to life, this could be a great starting point. As an Event Travel Specialist, you’ll support the planning and execution of air travel for group events, meetings, and incentive programs. You’ll work closely with experienced team members to coordinate flights, assist travelers, and help ensure everything runs smoothly from planning through event completion. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced, and highly collaborative role where you’ll learn the ins and outs of group travel, airline logistics, and event operations. What You’ll Do Support the coordination of air travel for event attendees and internal teams Research and share flight options, pricing, and schedules Assist with booking and ticketing flights Communicate with participants via email to: Help with changes or requests Track and help manage program budgets and travel details Partner with internal teams like: Event Managers Travel Directors Accounting teams Help resolve travel issues (delays, changes, cancellations) with guidance from senior team members Learn how to navigate airline systems and internal tools Assist with after‑hours flight monitoring on a rotating basis What Makes This Role Unique You’ll gain exposure to large-scale events and group travel logistics It’s a mix of detail‑oriented work + problem‑solving + communication You’ll build a foundation that can lead to careers in: Event Management Travel Operations Client Services Program Management What We’re Looking For We’re open to early‑career candidates who are excited to learn. You might be a great fit if you: Recently graduated (or have a background) in: Event Management Hospitality Tourism Business or related field Are highly organized and detail‑oriented Enjoy working with people and solving problems Are comfortable communicating clearly via email and Teams Like working in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment Are tech‑savvy and quick to learn new systemsHave a strong sense of accountability and follow‑through Nice to Have (but not required) Internship or part-time experience in events, travel, or hospitality Interest in airlines, travel logistics, or global events To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to complete each essential duty satisfactorily.
