Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:30PM IMMEDIATE TEMP to HIRE Receptionist position available! We are currently representing a well-known manufacturing company in Scottsboro, AL seeking a receptionist to join to join their team on a contractual basis, with an opportunity to become a permanent employee, based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm, professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Support other departments as needed.
- At least 1 year of previous receptionist or administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented.
