Radiologic Technologist – Imaging

Overnight shifts from 2130 to 0730 with an average of 3 days of call per month. No guarantee of hours or time requested off.

No time off will be granted in the first 13 weeks of the contract. Travelers must arrive prior to the start for necessary clearance appointments.

Minimum of 2 years of independent experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist.

Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license as a radiographer by the start of assignment.

Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience with radiographic equipment including DR fixed, DR fluoro, C-arms, and portable DR equipment.

Experience with Epic EMR and radiology equipment such as Philips DR and OEC C-arms preferred.

Perform diagnostic imaging procedures as directed.

Ensure compliance with radiation safety protocols.

Maintain equipment and ensure it is in proper working order.

Provide quality patient care and maintain a safe environment.

Document imaging results in the medical record systems.

Assist in training and orienting new staff as needed.
