Mecnico/a de Mantenimiento
nete a una empresa lder en la industria alimentaria como Mecnico/a de Mantenimiento en Indianapolis. En este puesto, ayudars a mantener la planta funcionando con mxima eficiencia, realizando instalaciones, mantenimiento preventivo, diagnstico y reparacin de equipos mecnicos, adems de mantener el taller de mantenimiento en ptimas condiciones.
Responsabilidades:
- Realizar mantenimientos preventivos (PMs) en maquinaria y equipos mecnicos siguiendo programas diarios, semanales y mensuales.
- Detectar fallas, ajustar, reparar o reemplazar maquinaria y equipos cuando sea necesario.
- Diagnosticar y reparar rpidamente equipos durante averas.
- Asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de todos los equipos de la planta.
- Seguir procedimientos de seguridad, incluyendo programas de lock-out/tag-out.
- Reducir tiempos muertos capacitando al personal de produccin sobre mantenimientos preventivos rutinarios.
- Documentar todos los PMs y rdenes de trabajo.
- Cumplir con todas las normas de seguridad, GMPs, seguridad alimentaria y procedimientos de calidad.
Requisitos:
- 2 aos de experiencia en mantenimiento industrial (preferido).
- Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante todo el turno.
- Flexibilidad para agacharse, arrodillarse y trabajar sobre pisos de concreto.
- Capacidad para trabajar en diferentes temperaturas y condiciones climticas.
- Transporte confiable.
- Los candidatos deben aprobar pruebas mecnicas, elctricas y de jerarqua, adems de una entrevista.
