Step into a full-time contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a dynamic school environment near Concord, CA. This on-site role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact throughout the entire academic year by delivering direct support to a diverse caseload in an engaging and collaborative setting.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Hold a valid California Teaching Credential
• Previous experience working in school settings is strongly preferred
• Proficient with the Special Education Information System (SEIS)
• Ability to manage various caseloads and adapt to changing needs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with students, families, and educational teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide assessments, diagnostic services, and direct therapy to students with speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in SEIS and comply with all reporting requirements
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and parents to support student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and serve as a resource for speech-language concerns across the student body
• Foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere that empowers each student to reach their potential

This position is on-site only, with a schedule of 7 hours per day for the full school year. You’ll work with a supportive school team committed to making a difference by replacing all virtual-based speech services with dedicated in-person professionals.
