Primary Therapist (Fully or Provisionally Licensed)

Location: Matthews and Monroe, NC
Organization: Transcend ED - Treatment Center for Eating Disorders
The clinician will provide both individual and group psychotherapy services within our RTC, PHP and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) programs. This role serves as a primary therapist and group facilitator, supporting clients through all phases of treatment. Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate individual and group psychotherapy sessions in RTC, PHP and IOP levels of care
- Provide meal support therapy and engage in case management responsibilities as a primary therapist
- Complete documentation accurately and on time, in compliance with organizational policies
- Participate in crisis intervention and on-call duties as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, client-centered care
- Qualifications:
- Must hold an associate or full license: LCSW-A, LCMHC-A, LMFT, Psy.D, or Ph.D
- Experience with or knowledge of eating disorders is preferred; applicants must specify relevant experience in their application
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are strongly encouraged to apply, though not required
