Chief Engineer — AI Platform for Financial Services

We’re working with a fast-growing AI company building agentic AI products for banks and credit unions. The company already works with 100+ financial institutions and reaches millions of end users through its platform. Their product is focused on helping banks and credit unions automate customer and employee workflows through AI agents that can understand, resolve, and execute real banking tasks. This is not a traditional chatbot company. The goal is to build AI systems that can support real financial workflows across member experience, contact centers, internal operations, fraud, data, connectivity, and consumer banking products. They are now hiring Chief Engineers to own full technical domains end-to-end. About the role This is a high-ownership technical leadership role, not a traditional people-management position. Each Chief Engineer owns the technical direction for a full product/domain and partners closely with a Domain Product Manager as an equal owner of the area. You’ll be responsible for architecture, hands‑on coding, technical strategy, execution quality, and helping raise the engineering bar across the domain. You’ll work directly with the CTO/founders and have meaningful influence over how the product and platform evolve.
