What You Will Do The Commercial Lines Account Executive is a licensed insurance professional responsible for driving new business growth through proactive outside sales efforts, managing and renewing an established book of business, and developing long‑term client relationships. This role focuses on identifying, cultivating, and converting sales prospects and referral sources while delivering tailored commercial insurance solutions to meet client needs. Proactively generate and develop new business leads, schedule appointments, assess customer needs, and recommend appropriate insurance products and solutions Prepare and present insurance quotes, deliver compelling sales presentations, and consistently close new business Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing follow‑up and account support as needed Establish and grow referral and networking partnerships with small business owners and professional partners, including real estate agents and mortgage lenders Collaborate with the agency to develop, execute, and achieve marketing and production goals Demonstrate a strong work ethic with a consistent, results‑driven commitment to daily success Our Ideal Candidate We are actively seeking a motivated individual to join our high‑performing sales team, offering unparalleled opportunities for professional growth.
