Infusion Pharmacist (Clinical) - On-Call & Patient Care

Palmetto Infusion in North Carolina seeks a Clinical Pharmacist to join a multidisciplinary team delivering safe, high-quality infusion therapy in ambulatory and home settings. You will review orders, counsel patients, supervise pharmacy staff, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations to support home and clinic infusion.
