SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Position Details We are hiring immediately for full‑time Shift Supervisor positions. Location: MyMichigan Health Saginaw – 800 South Washington Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48601. Online applications only. Schedule: Full‑time, days and hours may vary, including weekends, holidays, 2nd and 3rd shifts. More details will be discussed during the interview. Pay: $19.25 per hour, fixed. Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision. Requirement: Prior housekeeping experience is preferred. Job Summary Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Responsibilities Provide training and create work schedules. Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable performance standards. Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety. Serve as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests. Act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and aim for advancement within the organization. Perform other duties as assigned.
