Field Medical Director, Breast and Gynecological Cancers (Non-MD)

Pfizer seeks a Field Medical Director for breast and gynecological cancers to provide therapeutic expertise and medical strategy across a multi-state territory. The role involves engaging healthcare providers, delivering approved medical content, supporting clinical trial site identification, and serving as a medical resource for oncology initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute medical strategy and engagement with assigned customers in designated territory
• Maintain expertise in disease states and Pfizer oncology medicines; provide information to healthcare providers and stakeholders
• Identify priority customer segments and deliver approved medical content on breast and gynecological cancer therapeutics
• Partner with R&D and Clinical Operations to identify potential clinical trial sites, including those serving underrepresented populations
• Provide medical support for Investigator Sponsored Research and communicate with patient advocacy groups

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health science required
• PharmD, PhD, or equivalent terminal doctorate highly preferred
• 5+ years experience with PharmD/PhD; 7+ years with MBA/MSc; 8+ years with BA/BSc
• Subject matter expert recognized by internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and work in matrixed teams
• Clinical and technical expertise with change agility and problem-solving capability
