Company Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Fabrication Operator to join our team in Lexington, United States. As a Fabrication Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, operating various fabrication equipment and ensuring the production of high-quality components.

- Operate and maintain fabrication machinery and equipment, including cutting, bending, and welding tools
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders to produce parts according to specifications
- Set up machines and adjust settings for optimal performance and precision
- Perform quality checks on fabricated parts to ensure they meet required standards
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns
- Assist in inventory management of materials and supplies
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication
- Proficiency in operating fabrication machinery and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Safety-conscious mindset and adherence to safety protocols
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Vocational training in manufacturing or fabrication is preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing industry practices is a plus
