Customer Service Associate, Electronics - (DCA.28) Location: Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) – Arlington, VA 22202 US (Primary) Schedule: Weekend availability required Pay: $17.13/hr. The Customer Service Associate will provide excellent service to customers in a timely, courteous, and friendly fashion. Maximize sales by achieving add‑on sales and recommendations. Maintain knowledge of store stock; inventory varies by location. Assist in upkeep of the store by maintaining displays and merchandising. Assist with inventory and receiving of merchandise. Replenish backstock to maintain appropriate floor levels. Mark down merchandise as needed. Keyholders may be designated; they are trained to close the store but may not open it. Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications 1+ year of retail sales and/or cash handling experience. Excellent communication and people skills. Ability to multitask and problem‑solve. TAM Card may be required depending on location. Additional Security clearance may be required depending on location. Certifications: satisfactory criminal background check and drug testing may be required. Additional Requirements Frequent standing, walking, climbing, crouching, bending, pushing, or pulling. Normal or corrected vision and hearing. Ability to distinguish varying or specific colors, patterns, or materials to assist customers. Fluency in English required for training, customer interactions, and compliance with policies. Work typically indoors in a consistent temperature. Use of fine motor hand functions.
