In lieu of a BSN, an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with 2 years of relevant equivalent experience will be accepted. RequiredWork ExperienceCurrent Registered Nurse licensure from the Illinois Department of Professional Registration. RequiredCare Management certification.
