Direct Support Professional II Pay: $20.50-$24.50/awake hours (see below for range details) ; $17.50/asleep hours Schedule: Sunday 9am-3pm, Monday 3pm-11pm, Tuesday 3pm-11pm, Wednesday 3pm-9pm, Saturday 3pm-11pm; Mandatory staff meeting last Tuesday of every month 9:15am-11:15am Be the Difference in Someone’s Everyday Life Looking for a role where your work truly matters—every single day? Starting pay is $20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a $1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a $4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers $3/hour. An additional $1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard.
