The roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: • Perform mechanical interface definition, documentation, and change management• Perform systems/hardware integration, test planning, and execution• Perform analysis to evaluate interface compatibility and coordinate solutions to resolve discrepancies• Participate in and coordinate design reviews and technical product reviews• Lead and mentor a team of system integratorsBasic Qualifications:• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering• Advanced CREO proficiency• Experience with mechanical integration• Design experience utilizing Model Based Engineering tools• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearanceDesired Skills:• Missile/Space Weapons Systems Experience• Proven self-starter with demonstrated capability to proactively work through difficult technical, project and resource challenges• 12+ years of experience in large program Configuration, assembly, and design integrations• Demonstrated performance of bringing program through development reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR)• Strong full spectrum leadership with demonstrated experience in leading teams and working cross Integrated Product Teams by building effective relationships• Experience with integrating large assembly models, deconflicting interferences across components, and successfully releasing usable assembly level models to the program• Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)experience• Active or Current DoD Secret Security ClearanceSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.Clearance Level: Top SecretOther Important Information You Should KnowExpression of Interest: By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday offPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
