Key Responsibilities:

• Assist seniors with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Provide light housekeeping, meal prep, and medication reminders.
• Offer companionship and transportation to appointments or errands.
• Document client care and update the healthcare team on changes.

Qualifications:

• Active NC CNA license (clean registry standing).
• 1+ year direct care experience (facility or agency).
• CPR/First Aid certification, valid driver's license, reliable car, and auto insurance .
• Ability to read, write, and follow a written care plan
• Dementia or Alzheimer’s experience is a plus
• Compassionate, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work positively with clients, families, and staff
