Our gyms are packed with the latest state-of-the-art cardio and strength training equipment, weight room, full service locker rooms with showers, tanning booths, HydroMassage® bed, and an extensive schedule of CRUNCH signature classes including Zumba®, BodyWeb with TRX®, Yoga Body Sculpt, Belly Butt and Thighs Bootcamp, and more.ResponsibilitiesGreet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smileIntroduce the Crunch Fitness brand to the community in the months leading up to the gym's grand openingIdentify potential leads and sign up new members both in the pre-opening membership office and in the field through guerilla marketing tacticsRepresent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in "street team" activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement special events)Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locationsSet the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective membersParticipate in daily pre-opening activity planningTours potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membershipAnswer phone calls in a professional and energetic mannerand HAVE FUN!!!QualificationsEnthusiastic, energetic, friendly and personableExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorld class customer service skillsWorks hard, multi-tasks and a problem solverMeetingsMonthly or Weekly Department Meetings Employee Training MeetingsCompensation: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
