Job Title: Registered Nurse – Long Term Care (LTC)

Location: Wayne, NJ

Duration: 6+ Months (Ongoing Contract)

Schedule: 40 hrs/week | 5x8

Travel Pay Rate: $2,700/weekly gross

Shifts Available: Work every other weekend, both Saturday & Sunday

• Day: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Night: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plan
• Administer medications and monitor resident responses
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff

Requirements:

• Active RN license in New Jersey
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Long Term Care experience in a nursing home
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
