Your sense of urgency and dedication to excellence in a fast-paced environment will not only support patient recovery but also fuel your own career advancement.Initials accurate and ongoing assessments of physical and psychosocial problems of patient.Performs appropriate and age specific triage on all patients within 5 minutes of arrival to ED including chief complaint, v.s., time and signature.Assignment of level of triage as appropriate based on brief history and indicated vital signs.
