Responsibilities

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a dynamic Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PNP) to join our collaborative newborn nursery team in Tacoma, Washington. This isa rare opportunity to care exclusively for well newborns, in collaboration with our Neonatologist group.


Practice Highlights

• Provide coverage at Tacoma General Hospital :
  • • Largest hospital serving Southwest Washington, about 4000 deliveries annually
    • Work alongside experienced Neonatologists and NNPs with in-house coverage
• Focus exclusively on well-baby nursery care
• No outpatient responsibilities

• No call responsibility
• Fully supported by an experienced 9 physician staff

Qualifications

• PNP certification (Preferred)
• Minimum of a master's degree

Benefits and Compensation


Our clinicians enjoy a competitive compensation package, with many locations offering sign-on bonuses and relocation. Salary is determined based on year of experience, ranging $127,000-$150,000.
