Shift Supervisor

Lead our café operations as a Shift Supervisor, mentoring team members, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining the high standards that define Café Crème. As a Shift Supervisor at Café Crème, you'll be a key leader in our daily operations, responsible for managing shifts, developing team members, and ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences to every guest. This role combines hands‑on café work with leadership responsibilities. You’ll oversee both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations, making real‑time decisions to optimize service flow, resolve challenges, and maintain our quality standards.
