Raytheon’s Systems Engineering and Test Capabilities (SE&TC) Surface Radars & Sensors Center is seeking a motivated System Integration & Test Engineer to support radar capability development. This is your opportunity to work with cutting-edge radar technology, leveraging experience in Linux operating systems, hands-on experience with system hardware and software in test lab environments, and exceptional troubleshooting skills to solve complex technical challenges. What You Will Do Assist executing, and documenting system integration and test activities for a radar program in a laboratory environment. Perform hands-on testing and integration of hardware and software, with a focus on systems running Linux-based operating environments. Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues related to software, hardware, and operating systems under the guidance of senior engineers. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to identify and address technical challenges. Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and reports in accordance with program requirements. Support system-level test readiness reviews, test execution, and post-test analysis. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and program-specific processes. Willingness to support 5% domestic travel Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and less than 2 years of prior experience. Experience with System Engineering. Experience in MATLAB, Python, Shell scripting, or other programming languages. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with test equipment and tools such as oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and data acquisition systems. Understanding of X-Band radar systems fundamentals. Knowledge of electronic hardware configuration and installation, software installations on hardware devices, network configurations, operations of software in String/HWIL facility, Knowledge of RF systems, radar signal processing, and real-time systems. The salary range for this role is 57,200 USD - 108,800 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
