Details\n \n Provides direct nursing care in a hospital Emergency Department \n Night shift schedule from 19:00-07:30 \n 13-week assignment \n Requirements\n \n Active KS or compact RN license required \n Minimum 2 years of experience required \n Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (AHA) required \n TNCC certification recommended, renewed every 4 years \n NIH Stroke Scale certification recommended \n CPI/MOAB High-Risk crisis intervention training (or MOAB De-Escalation Course) required, with on-site portion completed during orientation \n Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start \n Must provide a US Social Security Number and US home address for consideration \n Additional Information\n \n Implements and monitors patient care plans while recording and communicating patient condition \n Serves as primary coordinator across disciplines for well-coordinated patient care \n Carries out physician and nursing orders and assesses discharge planning needs \n Requires strong critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently in a high-stress environment \n On-site portion of CPI/MOAB training completed during orientation \n Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced rate depending on distance from the facility \n First-time travelers may be considered for this role \n \n \n American Traveler Job ID P-736498.
