Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members, and leadership. Hold pharmacy technicians accountable for results and expand the pharmacy business. Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members. Motivate team members to perform at their highest level. Maintain competency and knowledge of Meijer Policies and Procedures, and state and federal laws. Communicate effectively and be an agent of change. Organize workload and prioritize tasks efficiently. Listen to patients and resolve patient needs with customer service. In the absence of the pharmacist in charge, manage pharmacy operations. Perform and oversee clinical services, including immunizations, where allowed. Qualifications Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.). Registered and licensed in the state of practice. Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana) with retail/community practice. Working knowledge of pharmacy systems, policies, procedures, and understanding of regulatory requirements in the operating state.
