As a Barista at Urbana, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfectly brewed beverage. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
- Providing friendly and attentive customer service to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café area, including equipment and workstations.
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

We’re seeking a barista who brings both skill and personality to the table. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of barista or coffee shop experience .
- A strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and teammates.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering quality in every cup.
